Shipping policy

At GOAT’ED, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below:

 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • In cases of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We offer standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states (Unfortunately we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time). Orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days once shipped.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected service.

 

International Shipping

  • GOAT’ED does not currently offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Issues

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@thegoatedshop.com.
  • GOAT’ED is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.


PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses at this time.
