SUPPLEMENTS & NUTRITION PRODUCTS

Due to health, safety, and quality-control standards, all sales of supplements, drink mixes, protein powders, pre-workouts, creatine, and other ingestible products are final.

We do not accept returns on consumable products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thegoatedshop.com and we’ll work to make it right.

In certain situations, GOAT’ED may offer a partial refund, store credit, replacement product, or other resolution at our sole discretion.

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

We accept returns on eligible apparel and accessories, including clothing and shaker bottles, within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thegoatedshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

REFUNDS

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
