Do you accept returns on supplements?

Due to health, safety, and quality-control standards, all supplement, protein, pre-workout, creatine, and other consumable product sales are final. We do not accept returns on ingestible products once they have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Can I return clothing or accessories?

Yes. Unused apparel, shaker bottles, and other eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@thegoatedshop.com.

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
